Schönes schlichtes Zimmer in guter Lage
9.0Schönes Zimmer mit Schiebetüren und Sichtschutz im Ryokan Stil. Weniger touristische, schöne Lage, sehr nettes Personal, morgendlicher Kaffee oder Saft inklusive. Günstiger Waschsalon nebenan.

Authentic stay in a calm and lovely neighbourhood!
10.0We loved our stay at Sheena & Ippei. The Japanese styled room is so charming!! Sachiko san was a great host and provided us very good restaurant recommendations, and greeted us every morning with coffee and sweets. The neighbourhood isn't super close to the typical tourist attractions, but it is super convenient to get everywhere from Ikebukuro, and we loved Shiinamachi's calm atmosphere and got to experience the calm, authentic, non-touristy version of Tokyo, which we wouldn't have experienced otherwise. Another plus is that there are several great sentos within a few minutes of walk!! We got to properly relax our muscles after a long day of exploring the city.
