10.0Everything was perfect! We originally stayed for 2 nights in a Sea View Room, but loved it so much that we extended our stay for another 2 nights and upgraded to the Sea View Junior Suite. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Melik, who made us feel so welcome and assisted us with everything from arrival to departure. The location was fantastic - within walking distance of everything. Taksim Square is only about a 4-minute walk away, Galataport is around 15 minutes on foot, and there are countless restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and small shops nearby where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, wine, and anything else you might need. The Bosphorus views were simply breathtaking. I could have spent all day every day on the balcony and never wanted to leave! 😅 I wish there was 36 hours in a day. I was genuinely surprised to read some reviews complaining about the location. In my opinion, it couldn't have been much better. Yes, the hotel is on a steep hill - but that's true for almost all of Istanbul. It's simply part of the city's charm.
