Sehr zentral und überall schnell zu Fuß. Leider aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dafür dann zu teuer.

6.0La struttura è vicinissima alla pullulante piazza Monestiraki , ambiente poco rumoroso . Possibilità di lasciare le valige anche prima del check in. Buona la colazione e gentilissimi i camerieri .
− Sicuramente essere al terzo piano con scale leggermente a chiocciola , non è il massimo con le valige. La stanza è carina , sicuramente con una buona rinfrescata alle pareti ( con belle tonalità rilassanti tipiche greche ) potrebbe risultare più confortevole. Il bagno è molto piccolo e senza nessuna mensola per appoggiare il necessario o appendi-asciugamani . Il lavandino è giusto per minuscole persone 😛. Vero che siamo in centro , però manterrei il prezzo leggermente più basso .

Run down and smelly
3.0The location is convenient and it’s spacious
− It’s smelly (drains and damp), very run down bathrooms, threadbare tatty towels and mat, little bedding , cheap uncomfortable mattress and overall not very clean. The worst thing is the smell that hits you from the entrance, up the stairs and in the flat. The staircase is filthy as well

3.0Good communication prior to check in Location very close to Ermou/Monistraki station
− Accommodation was extremely shabby & in need of serious refurbishment It did not feel safe Electric wires exposed on ceiling light In the evening the main light & the bathroom light weren’t working so all we had was 1 wall light (that also looked extremely old & plugged into a dangling extension socket) Kitchenette shabby Kettle lid broken Broken rubbish bin Old miss matched furniture Stairwell had a terrible smell Air conditioning unit eventually started cooling the stifling room (essential in 35+ temperature) but then started leaking & running through the wall light fitting …..which fortunately was unplugged at the time the floor was flooded & we had to use the towels (that were clean bit very very old & worn) to mop it all up.
