10.0From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, it truly felt like they cared about every guest personally. The check-in process was quick and effortless, and the receptionists were always smiling and ready with great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, clearly well looked after. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Everything was presented beautifully and kept well-stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended!

10.0We came in on a late flight from Cappadochia and the staff were just amazing - helped us book our transfer from the airport last minute and more than accommodated our late check-in. The bed and linens were super comfy and just what we needed to get some rest after a late check-in! We would have liked to stay longer but the hotel was sold out. Really nice rooftop restaurant and view of the city as well. Salim, one of the front office staff was amazing helping us book our dinner cruise on the Bosphorous and providing us some great tips on things to do and see in the city!

6.0all the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english. The rooftop bar/restaurant is good and the views are amazing. But the facilities in the room were not up to standard. The TV never worked and the showerhead didn't work. The hotel is in a funny area. The immediate streets around it are very dark and there can be a lot of garbage, but two streets up the hill is a street full of cafes and restaurants and Galata tower. All in all - you almost get what you pay for. My advice is go have dinner or drinks at the bar, and stay somewhere else.
