10.0The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed some quiet time with a bottle of wine in the garden at the end of the day. The property had everything we needed and was very convenient to the water taxi to/ from the airport.

7.0The hotel's location was excellent, right in the city center and ideal for exploring on foot. Getting around was also very convenient by vaporetto, as there were two stops within a short walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay.
− The only thing missing from the room was a refrigerator. Since the weather was quite hot, we bought bottled water but had no way to keep it cold. In addition, we had booked our stay with breakfast included. On the first morning, we reserved the last available breakfast slot at 9:30 a.m. (with breakfast being served until 10:00 a.m.). Although there was not a great variety of food available, the main issue was that several items that should have been kept refrigerated were not stored at the proper temperature. The butter had melted, and the yogurts were warm. The problem was not only the limited selection, but also the improper storage of the food. Because of this, we chose not to have breakfast at the hotel for the rest of our stay and ate elsewhere instead.
