4.0− Zeer kleine kamer (nr. 2) in het souterrain. De trap ernaartoe is heel smal, dus lastig te bereiken met een zware koffer. Receptie nauwelijks bemand. Door vertraging met onze vlucht hebben wij een nacht minder in het hotel geslapen, ik heb dit doorgegeven aan het hotel, zij hebben hier ook op gereageerd maar niets gezegd over een eventuele terugbetaling. Nu gaat het mij er niet om dat ik geld terug wil, maar ik had het netjes gevonden als zij in ieder geval hadden gemeld of de nacht terugbetaald zou worden of niet.

− La pulizia è pessima! Abbiamo trovato più volte blatte e vari insetti in camera! Le asciugamani anche se lavate erano piene di capelli, sporche!! Le lenzuola erano pessime e nelle fodere c’erano capelli e ciglia di altre persone!!

7.0Het bed en de airco waren heerlijk. Elke dag werd de koffie aangevuld, waardoor we voor vertrek steeds konden genieten van een lekker kopje koffie. De rode metrolijn zit op 10-15 minuten lopen en dat was gewoon een prima verbinding naar de stad zelf
− Je voelt je niet altijd veilig in de buurt. In de avonden gebruik gemaakt van een Uber. Groene metrolijn is een afrader. Deze zit op 5 minuten afstand, maar de route er naar toe zat vol gebruikers en daklozen.
Buen hospedaje, sencillo y cómodo
10.0La habitación pequeña pero muy cómoda, tiene nevera, cafetera y microondas que solucionan. Te recomiendo siempre tomar la línea 2 , 3 roja del tren es mucho mas bonito la caminada, la verde el sector no es tan bueno ni la gente,
− Un poco de ruido del tren pero nada grave, luego ye acostumbras si no eres muy sensible a ruidos al dormir, incluso chevere vivir la experiencia.

4.0− No me gustó que reservamos una habitación para dos personas con dos camas y cuando llegamos al hotel solamente era una cama para dos y pequeña, además no había jabón ni champú en el baño ni en el lavamanos, la verdad nos disgusto mucho y por el precio no es Justo la verdad.
