− Keine Beschilderung innerhalb des Hauses, habe das Büro des Hostels nicht direkt gefunden. Keine Beschilderung weder im Haus noch im Lift. Keine Handtücher während des gesamten Aufenthaltes. TV defekt? Batterie leer? (hat mich nicht wirklich gestört). Recht laut auf dem Flur.

10.0Personale gentile, anche se c’è stato un problema con l’aria condizionata, il receptionist si è subito prodigato a trovare un’altra soluzione, dandoci un ventilatore.
