10.0Le logement était propre et bien situé, en plein centre, proche de toutes les commodités. Isabella a été très accueillante et nous a bien expliqué les activités à faire ainsi que les restaurants à découvrir à Venise.
Niet geschikt voor iemand die moeilijk te been is: hoge steile trap naar appartement.

− Bedden 2 de slaapkamer versleten. Helemaal geen gordijnen aan venster 2 de slaapkamer. Verduistering zou echt meerwaarde zijn net als 2 degelijke bedden…
Perfect for family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location is excellent. Close to San Marco, Rialto, the opera

− The single flight of stairs to the apartment is steep. Not a problem if you are able bodied but worth knowing given how much luggage you do or don’t have.
c'était la 2è fois que nous allions dans cette location : 2023 et 2026, mais aucune amélioration
7.0− porte de douche chambre parentale à changer , pas très propre taches de rouille, rideaux occultants dans petit chambre. 4 bols en plastique pour petit déjeuner, seulement 4 assiettes plates, mini cafetière pour 4 pers, pas de plat allant au four, et manque de gants pour sortir l'unique plat du four, manque essoreuse à salade, planche à repasser instable sur la table. hotte électrique aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage. Vu le prix de la location pour 13 jours, on aurait pu s'attendre à une location sans reproche. A vous lire

9.0Πάρα πολύ καλό κατάλυμα ιδανικό για την εξερεύνηση της Βενετίας. Εξαιρετικά άνετο για δύο ζευγάρια και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Οι διαχειριστές ευγενικοί και απάντησαν σε όλες μας τις ερωτήσεις με πολλές προτάσεις για την πόλη. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
− Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ και οι σκάλες είναι απότομες. Εμάς δεν μας δυσκόλεψε εκτός από την μεταφορά των βαλιτσων. Όμως για ηλικιωμένους και ανθρώπους με κινητικά προβλήματα δεν ενδείκνυται. Φαντάζομαι όμως ότι αυτό συμβαίνει σε πολλά καταλύματα στη Βενετία λόγω της ιδιαιτερότητας της πόλης.
