1.0It was a 1 star hotel not a four star hotel as mentioned by booking.com. Booking.com should be responsible about it, it is a fraud to advertise a hotel as 4 star while it is like a student dormitory.
− Every thing was bad. A very small room with tight bed. No breakfast but just a menu to choose between two items! A very dirty refrigerator in the room. The room’s door’s handle was broken. The recipient argued me and got angry because I asked for a bottle of water and said just one bottle is allowed per day! It reminds me of Oliver Twist who asked for more soup and was rejected. There was no comb or sanitary packs in the room.
