10.0The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The location is a little off to the side and in more of a financial district, we stayed over a weekend when all the offices were closed so we felt a little unsafe walking at night. Also it was about a 20-25 minute to the louvre and main area. During the day it is really safe to walk around and we walked everywhere. Overall the room was very clean and they have complementary coffee in the mornings. It was just the location that was an off putting.
