− I went to the hostel for a two-day stay. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the poor location; the photos were completely misleading. The place is unsuitable for the elderly and pregnant women due to the unsafe stairs. The stairs are extremely dangerous for pregnant women and children. This deception and fraud is evident in their inability to refund the booking price, as they are aware of the scam. The area is terrible; the road is very narrow, crowded with pedestrians, and closed to traffic. I urge Booking.com to stop this fraud and deception of its users. I not stay any moment I left directly and I ask to casual but she Refused. and she will change and she doesn't care about complaint at all I demand a full refund.
