10.0Great and spacious property in good neighborhood, close proximity to important areas in the city, such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Vía, etc. There are many places for eating and drinking in the area. We had a situation with the AC that stopped working the second night, called management after hours and someone came to the place 10 min later and fixed the problem right away. We definitely would choose this place again and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in Madrid.
