10.0great location about 5 minutes walk to tramways station and all rides are 50 cents a trip about 15 Turkish lira if you charge the card it can also be used on ferries to cross the bosfoross. The food was amazing anywhere you go, the hotel staff were great and always available for any requests. If you go to Istanbul be ready to do some walking because of so much history.

10.0A lovely place. Secure, well lit, 24 hour reception and great communication from the couteous and friendly staff who could not be more helpful. Room was very clean and fitted to a modern high quality standard. Cleaned every day if requested. An ideal base for exploring istanbul... turn left out of the hotel and up the hill is istiklal with its many restaurants and buzzing nightlife... right down the hill leads to the tram which takes you direcly into the old town. The street itself has a mixture of artisan workshops (perfect for that unique hand made souvenir) small grocery stores and at the bottom a turkish bakery selling simit, borek etc fresh every morning.

10.0Loved the place and everything was perfact, newly-opened, beautifully decorated, super clean, safe, fast wi-fi, and well equipped kitchen washing machine. The location is very convenient, the area itself full of nice small shops, great restaurants and coffeeshops, close to transportation and a short walk from Taksim square. A big thank you for all the hotel staff, for the warm welcome, great help and just being really nice and making our stay very special.

10.0We loved our stay at Casa Galatea 35. The room was spacious and very clean. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location felt very safe and the Metro station was a short walk from the hotel which was very convenient for us to freshen up in between sightseeing and dinner etc. Casa Galata 35 is also surrounded by an array of charming little local and vintage shops. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve already booked it again for a short stay on our way out of Turkey in a few weeks.
