− Het stapelbed maakte heel veel geluid en de matrassen waren doorgelegen.

− The guy who answered the phone 646 934 5097 on July 19th at 12:24pm is EXTREMELY RUDE. He simply hung up the phone on me when I was POLITELY trying to resolve a misunderstanding. And he didn't answer the phone anymore when i tried to call back. The bath rug is slippery and dangerous, my 69 years old dad almost fell. This is very dangerous. They knew it would be 3 guests and there was only one individual small set sachet of shampoo and conditioner.
