− Scammed to give £50 deposit on arrival,said is automatically refunded at midnight after you check out which is out of order, it’s the following day and I haven’t been refunded, staff rude, not recommending this hotel to anyone, no lift and four floors high

8.0La posizione è ottima, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e dei treni. L'hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera era confortevole e abbastanza pulita, i letti erano comodi, anche se un po' rumorosi. Il personale è stato professionale e disponibile.
− Per lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out ho dovuto pagare 5 sterline (10 in totale).

Small bed, but really nice location
7.0The hotels location was great and the receiptionists were helpful. We got a second blanket and a lot of research help with specific questions. The bathroom was clean and had a nice size.
− The room was downstairs and it had no view at all. The bed was really small, even though it was booked for two people. The room was a little shabby and the sink in the bathroom really small.
