El apartamento es espectacular Esta muy bien situado Limpio y cuidado Es muy grande y hace que la estancia sea muy comoda Los baños y aseo muy correctos y limpios Las camas muy grandes y colchón y almohadas muy cómodos Siempre fresquito con el calor y el bochorno que hacía No entra ruido del ir y venir de la gente en la calle A un paso de Rialto y muy cerca de San Marcos

− El último día la chica de limpieza antes de las 10 de la mañana nos estaba echando y con insistencia... la hora de salida era hasta las 10.30 teníamos las maletas hechas... estábamos desayunando tranquilos en nuestro último día en Venecia y aún quedaban 45 min para las 10.30 Nos arruinó el desayuno ... a las 10.15 min estábamos fuera con todo recogido y el lavavajillas puesto... El sofá cama es grande y aunque era para una chica joven y muy delgadita se inclinaba bastante... quizas haya q revisar y corregir esto ...por lo demás todo muy bien

Very central and close to major monuments. Spacious property

Beautiful and central with terrible access issue which ruin the whole experience. Such a shame!

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which was beautiful - with well stocked kitchen, spotless bathroom and glass chandeliers with dining room balcony overlooking a square. Walking distance to Rialto. Would have been perfect except for access. There is no on site check in, and no advanced warning that one needs to check in online using a WhatsApp platform that is only infrequently responded to. Once we found the door and could not enter, we had to try to find out online what our options were - either in person check in on another site of Venice or trying to connect via WhatsApp to be sent a link to log in, then pay city taxes, then be given an access code to access luggage storage which was not secure, then be texted a room access code at 3 pm. All these 4 steps took us 3 hours as our phone coverage was poor in narrow Venice streets and the online platform we were connecting with was slow and not very responsive so we went through multiple attempts on two separate phones. In Venice there is nowhere to sit to do that, and we eventually went to a cafe where we set while waiting for connection, sending multiple messages asking for an update. It was a very poor reflection on the property - we ended up sitting out our last half an hour on the stairs of the property -not as guests but as if homeless refugees. Never again! Especially a pretty steep price we had paid for our accommodation. And ours was not a unique experience, every day we stayed we encountered confused guests standing outside the entry door trying to figure out what to do. When we enquired why the instructions re access and online check in were not sent to us in advance so we could be better prepared (ie we took a water taxi to our apartment, we could have taken it to the hotel that did provide an in person check in where hopefully we could have sat there and waited), we were told that the owners did not have our contact details - that did not stop them from taking our money? Why did they not ask for our contact details? Such a distressing experience that could have been prevented with a minor effort!

Spacious apartment in a great location. Possibly understaffed but would stay again. Perfect for a family break.

La ubicacion en el centro de venecia.

− Alquilamos dos apartamentos para un grupo de 10 personas (5 y 5), y la diferencia entre ambos era abismal. No tenían nada que ver en cuanto a tamaño, número de baños, equipamiento y comodidad, y sin embargo el precio fue exactamente el mismo, algo difícil de entender. Elegimos este apartamento, entre otras cosas, porque disponía de ascensor, ya que viajábamos con personas de movilidad reducida. Lamentablemente, el ascensor se estropeó durante la estancia y tardaron en repararlo, lo que nos obligó a utilizar las escaleras tanto para las personas como para el equipaje, con la incomodidad que ello supone. Además, el suelo de los baños permaneció mojado durante los cuatro días, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. En resumen, aunque la ubicación es buena, el precio no se corresponde ni con los servicios ni con las condiciones del apartamento. Y, sobre todo, no es lógico que dos apartamentos tan diferentes tengan el mismo coste.
