10.0had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Miami, where you can walk around downtown, enjoy many restaurants, and find plenty of shops. Communication with the host was also excellent. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Why?
2.0The picture was extremely flattering. It’s actually rather dirty and in a not very nice neighborhood. It didn’t matter because our door code didn’t work and there was no one on property, so we went to another hotel. I contacted the hotel, they told me the code worked. They kept our deposit. My question is why ask for a review when you made no effort to rectify the situation.?
