4.0Staff were helpful for check in and parking. The room was ok but the bathroom had dirty corners, no ventilation and meldew smell. The room overlook a courtyard where windows are not insulated so any footsteps will be heard. Room in general was fine and got essentials. AC unit stopped in the middle of the night (they were not on timer) and room got warm and woke up to start the AC again
I reserved in this hotel without breakfast but manger Mr Noha give requested to me to my room all I stayed breakfast and
10.0Close from everything and I always stay in this hotel because all staff are friendly and helpful even the general manager Mr Bahadir he’s always take any issue and resolve it and I don’t forget Mr Noha he’s very nice and friendly too

8.0Good location, but it’s located down a hill if you want to go to the main area (Taksim) which made it a bit tough for us with a a baby in a stroller. The room was big, and relatively quiet. Overall a good stay.
Overall, a very nice place to stay. Clean, spacious, courteous staff. Very nice.
