10.0This hotel was absolutely brilliant, staff were lovely and warm and helpful - the best location for exploring Rome. The hotel and Room had all the facilities you could ask for.
Functional rather than enjoyable
5.0The property was centrally located and close to the Metro and some fantastic restaurants. The outside pool was great in the 35 degree heat and was kept very clean. For the location and pool it was reasonably priced for Rome in July - anywhere else would’ve cost up to double.
− I echo most of the reviews on here that it isn’t really a 4 star hotel. 2/3 max with a pool. Felt very outdated, the communal areas and rooms show significant signs of wear. Carpet matching the floor lined the corridor walls for some reason? The breakfast food, particularly the coffee was sub par.

4.0Petit déjeuner, piscine, situation géographique par rapport au centre…
− Problème de chasse d’eau les 4 jours du séjours !!!!! L’eau coulait en permanence !!!! Le personnel n a pas pu réparer … Un bruit empêchant de dormir 2 nuits d affilées !!! Le personnel a regardé pour une autre chambre mais tout était plein ! J ai demandé un dédommagement, soit disant qu ils allaient voir avec le manager mais aucun retour ! Très décevant surtout que se sont les seules vacances que je m accordais avec mes enfants !!!!

6.0Miljön var stilren, fin och avslappnad. Det var ett stort plus att det fanns en svalkande pool på baksidan mitt i juli månad.
− Jag hade högre förväntningar på receptionpersonalens servicenivå. När man är på semester och bor på hotell uppskattar man att känna sig välkommen och omhändertagen, snarare än att få känslan av att ens frågor är besvärliga eller onödiga. Ett exempel var under VM-finalen, då hotellets bar stängde tidigt. Vi frågade om det fanns möjlighet att beställa något till rummet, men fick endast ett kort nej, utan någon vidare hjälp eller några alternativa förslag. Det vi saknade var viljan att hjälpa oss vidare, kanske genom att tipsa om ett ställe i närheten där vi kunde köpa något, eller rekommendera en plats där vi kunde se matchen. Det är ofta de små sakerna och det personliga bemötandet som gör skillnad och får en gäst att känna sig välkommen. För mig handlar god service inte om att alltid kunna säga ja, utan om hur man bemöter gästen även när svaret är nej. Där hade vi tyvärr förväntat oss mer.
