− L'unica cosa che non mi ha soddisfatto è stato il wc rotto e la cui parte superiore (tavoletta) riposta a terra sporca e la doccia con grumo di capelli del precedente ospite. Ho segnalato alla reception sperando in uno sconto almeno, ma nulla solo le scuse dovute.
Love the location and its friendly staff
9.0Excellent location, so close to everything. We just walked to all landmarks including Vatican City and Colosseum. Very friendly staff Quiet at night with the windows closed.
− It’s an old building. But definitely value for money. Hot shower water is a little temperamental.

5.0שירות ואדיבות של העובדים, היו נעימים וחיוביים. המיקום של המלון מעולה.
− החדר לא עבר נקיון יסודי- היו קולבים תלויים על המנורה בחדר, כשעל אחד מהם נייר טואלט.. היה עובש באמבטיה- נאמר לנו שזה סיליקון ישן. המזגן חלש ברמות, הראה 18 מעלות על הצג והרגיש כמו 26 מעלות- לא היה דרך להוריד אותו עוד.
