4.0حجزت بنتهاوس به مطبخ صغير حسب ماهو مكتوب بموقعكم. لكن صار بدون مطبخ. ومازال مكتوب حتى هذه اللحظة (مرفق صورة) . وانكر الاستقبال ذلك واضطررت لدفع 50 يورو مقابل تغيير الغرفة لأخرى.
− كان مدير الاستقبال متعاون في تقديم معلومات لي عن المدينة والاسواق وما إلى ءلك.. وأي معلومة أطلبها أجدها عنده.
