London was prima, President Hotel zeker NIET presidentwaardig.
4.0ontbijt was goed. bedden ook goed
− klimaatcontrole was slecht. het was heel heet in de kamer. geen airco of verkoeling mogelijk. we kregen daarom een verlengsnoertje om een ventilator te gebruiken, maar dat hielp niet. in de badkamer geen afzuiging. mijn man is COPD-patient. hij kreeg het GEVAARLIJK benauwd in de badkamer. geen daadkrachtig optreden bij een klacht over luchtbehandeling. bij uitchecken waren de verontschuldigingen bij de receptie slechts loze woorden. bv "volgende keer dat u komt, andere kamer vragen" wij zullen niet weer komen.
