Overall impression of the stay was good.
8.0The treatment of all the staff at the property was extremely encouraging. They were very helpful to all guests, and this really impressed us. The standard of housekeeping is also good.
− The property's location was very good, as it was close to BTS Nana station. But the room allotted to me (#3423) was beside Soi 11. This was the reason for severe disturbance due to road traffic, musical sounds from the roadside bars, and tuk-tuks. Breakfast options are very limited and served based on a few set menus. An increased number of staff would offer better service to the guests.

9.0예약할 때는 아침식사가 제공되지 않는 것으로 알았는데 제공해주어서 좋았습니다. 나나역 앞에 위치하고 있어 이동이 수월했으며 코리아 타운이 인근에 있어서 한식 먹기 좋았습니다. 호텔 시설은 빈약하고 수영장도 없어서 호캉스를 기대하시는 분에게는 맞지 않습니다. 바쁘게 관광다니시는 분에게는 적합하며 가성비가 좋습니다.
