Never again. Disappointing.
2.0Very disappointing. There are many hotels in this area which would be better. Staff were not helpful at all. The paid shuttle service is a complete rip off. Will not stay here again.
− Shuttle service came an hour late - and I was alone with my baby at the airport waiting outside. Also hotel staff lied about shuttle service cost - it ended up being twice as much. Rooms not great. Many other hotels in area that are better.

Large rooms for Istanbul and very convinent location.
9.0The rooms in this hotel were very clean, well maintained and the location is excellent, just a few meters away from Osmanbey metro. We were a bit disappointed with their breakfast as they barely had any options.
