− Nunca imaginamos ni nos dimos cuenta que la habitación estaría en un subterráneo y las tres noches que estuvimos hubo un olor fétido a desague que salía del baño de la ducha, realmente nauseabundo, también nos encontramos con cuatro arañas gigantes.

10.0Eine sehr schöne, saubere 1 Zimmer Wohnung im Keller, also perfekt gewesen für die sehr warmen Tagen in Amsterdam. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett war super bequem und die Check-In Anleitung und die Kommunikation mit Jan waren perfekt und verständlich. Die Zentrale Lage hat unseren Aufenthalt noch abgerundet.
− Die schmalen Treppen zur Wohnung, typisch Niederländisch - nicht schlimm, aber gut zu wissen das die Treppe sehr schmal ist! :-)

10.0Great location and a very clean, well-maintained room. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth without needing to meet the host. I especially liked the spacious bathroom and the large shower.
− One thing to keep in mind is that the stairs leading to the room are quite steep and narrow, which is common in many traditional Amsterdam buildings. This could be challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to others.
