2.0Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme, og stedet ligger i en smuk victoriansk bygning. Den er tæt på en stor Tesco og et vaskeri. Der er kun 5 minutter ned til Earl's Court Station. Morgenmaden er ok men basal (toastbrød, cornflakes, og så er der 1 æg + små pandekager og bønner pr. person).
− Jeg blev angrebet af væggelus, og det var meget tydeligt, at stedet kæmper med dette problem. De lukker sovesalen, man skal fjerne sin bagage, og så sprøjter de med noget, hvorefter man ikke kan være på værelset i mange timer. Det hjælper dog ikke, da lusene sidder i bagagen, som ikke behandles. Jeg valgte at finde anden overnatning, men jeg fik kun mine penge retur, da jeg kunne dokumentere lusene med billeder. På stedet bor der desuden flere tvivlsomme personer, som ikke går op i god hygiejne og dit/mit. HUSK en hængelås til skuffen under sengen. Personalet gør sit bedste for at holde stedet rent, men det bliver ikke gjort til bunds. Der er mug/skimmelsvamp og skidt på badeværelserne samt tis på gulvene. Der er to bad i kælderen kun til kvinder, men trappen derned er meget stejl og noget af trappen mangler gelænder. Gårdhaven er fin, men der bliver røget både alm. tobak og andet. Jeg mødte nogle søde mennesker, men jeg kommer ikke tilbage til dette sted.

− Camas sucias, rotas, muchísimo polvo, pleno verano y no hay ni un ventilador, los baños comunes con muy mal olor y evidente acumulación de suciedad.

No pets or animals under any circumstances.
No bicycles, e-scooters or any form of e-transport or anything with large rechargeable batteries permitted inside the hostel. They represent a fire hazard and threat to life, so MUST be kept outside.
We take a £10 - £20 CASH Security Deposit upon check-in. If you are unable to pay cash then we will accept card payment but will charge £11 and return only £10 to cover the transaction charges incurred. The deposit will be returned on check-out as long as the key is returned to us and no damage to the property is caused.
A luggage room is available for guests who arrive early.
