10.0Beautifully designed staff were amazing. There was some noise from the club late at night and staff moved us to a quieter room.
− Noise level at night but we were travelling with a three year plan old. If it was just myself and my husband we would have been at the club!

10.0Fantastic stay at Soho House Istanbul. The service was excellent from start to finish, and Ecesu in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room, the gym and everywhere else were beautiful and the whole experience felt genuinely special. We’ll definitely be back (soon!)

− Spa close at 9pm. Water leak from the shower cabin every time. Furniture is little old and corridors dark.

− Late night Club noise, unfriendly restaurant staff, not able to access freely to the restaurant booking , food and cocktail not up to soho house standard , got told off by the security guard when taking photo of the building (from the street) which is super ridiculous !!

− В номере было пыльно. Ванная комната на столько темная, что невозможно побриться. Мне дали номер, где с 6 утра рядом хлопали входной дверью и невозможно было спать.

Please note that Soho House Istanbul is a private membership club attached with bedrooms and private meeting rooms. Hotel guests (if not members) are not allowed to go into club building.
Please kindly be informed that continental breakfast is served at Allis Bar.
If the credit card owner is not staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present a letter of authorization signed by the card owner, copy of the front and back of the credit card used and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner.
