The room was very cosy staff was very pleasant.

− The stairs going up were very steep but that is to be expected in Amsterdam most hotels have very steep stairs

Excellent location The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily The room is very small but has all necessary amenities

− The stairs are high and the room itself is small, so having big luggage might be a problem. For me it was fine. But I was not ready that shower would live its own life - the water is running chaotically.

The hotel's location is fantastic, that's the most important thing. The hotel owners were very kind and helpful. My room was on the first floor, which I'm very happy about as it's not one of those four-story hotels. They changed my single room to a double room because it was available. Thank you again so much. The room was very clean, smelled of soap everywhere, and was cleaned every day. I had a very pleasant stay.

Unique experience in Amsterdam

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Location is superb as very close to every beautiful areas in Amsterdam. Even the room was too small, but sitting by the window with view over the backyard was something special.

− Unfortunately, we came during the hottest days and it was impossible to be inside of the room during the night. We were all wet and provided fan could not help as it was over +38 degrees. Even opened window during the night was not helpful. The room is extremely small and was hard to get dressed for two people as always were on the way.
