1.0Berbat bir müşteri memnuniyeti vardı özellikle resepsiyonda duran adam bana atılan mail’de odama zor olmadan bagajlarını bırakabileceğimi belirtmişti daha sonra hostele zile bastım uzun bir süre gelmedi zaten geldiğinde Saçima bir şekilde adımı sordu adım Türkçe olduğu için anlayamadı olarak uzun süre bu şekilde sürdü daha sonra bana uğraşmamak için rezervasyonum olmadığını söyledi daha sonra ben rezervasyon numarasını söyledim eşyalarımı bıraktım daha sonra 3 koridordaki prize telefonumu taktım ona bile izin vermedi berbat bir deneyimdi
