6.0The main door to the room was hard to open. The pocket door in the bathroom did not work - the picture was crooked - curtain fell down - even once I ask for to to be fixed they did not

8.04 of us booked 2 rooms in this pedestrian walk to hotel. Private transfer dropped us off a little ways away and the hotel clerk met us and walked us a few minutes to the small quaint hotel in a bustling neighborhood. We had a tiny quaint room on the 3rd floor and our friends were on the 2nd floor. The tiny elevator fits only 1 or 2 people. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet but our friend's room on the 2nd floor was noisey due to the many bars on the street. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and we all felt very safe in the area.

8.0A very warm welcome by staff that made the stay. Quiet room made for a good sleep. Arranged an early breakfast as I had a morning flight.

10.0Ideal pre-cruise hotel. Ideal location to walk to the port. Friendly and welcoming staff. Lots to do within 20 minutes of walking. Transit is also affordable if you to explore more.
