2.0I was treated very poorly by this hotel. Unfortunately my plans changed completely and it wasn't up to me... I wouldn't change my plans by myself but it was pretty important. I asked hotel nicely, called them and messaged them to cancel my booking without cancellation fee. I didnt even notice there is penalty fee for cancellation I thought i would just lose money for booking but without any penalty, Ive never even known there is fee for cancellation.. As I said I asked hotel nicely but they just refused my cancellation without even one messeage. I felt bad, ignored, I would even appreciate one message like ,,sorry we can't do this" but I didn't even get singe message. I would understand and appreciate the answer but there was just pure cancellation, I understand policy and everything but its just nice thing to answer someone even if it's sad message. I expected this hotel to treat everyone with respect, I am very disappointed with this hotels staff, as I said, even kind refusal message would be different for me not just pure, rude cancellation without even one message. I had really serious family problem, I was coming from Poland to Miami, its 6000km and hotel can't even say they are sorry or something. Very disappointing. I dont recommend this hotel because if something happens no one will help you or assist you. You never know what's gonna happen. I even asked if they have different hotel in different location but they just refused to cancel my hotel for free its even illegal in Europe to charge penalty for cancellation. Sad they are hungry for extra 100 usd from someone. I dont recommend!!!!

8.0I liked them kindness from staff. I was able to check on early for free. Creative scenery. I was comfortable in my room. Fast food all around, which was convenient.
− No cash accepted at all. My toilet seat was loose, but they fixed that issue immediately. Lighting in room is dull, but no big issue.
