Unique London stay
9.0A unique hotel with a modern, cool vibe and a great setting on the water. Although it is a little outside central London, it is well connected, with Custom House station around a 10 min walk away. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, including allowing us to store our luggage and use the reception area after check-out. The rooftop also looked lovely, although unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy it.
− The rooms are extremely small, which is fine for a short stay for one or two people, but there is very little space to spend time in the room beyond sleeping. Soundproofing could also be improved, as noise can travel quite easily both from inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing and quite limited in terms of selection, so this is one area where we would have expected a bit more.
