4.0The staff was very nice and welcoming and you could leave your luggage there before and after checking in. It’s a nice area.
− Its smelled like cigarettes even though its a non smoking hotel and I went to mention it to staff and they recommended putting on the A/C that has a filter which didn’t do anything. I couldn’t sleep comfortably because it smelled so bad. It’s very small. You can’t open your luggage comfortably.

8.0Hôtel pratique, bien situé ( situé à 5-10 min à pied de la station Okachimachi, ligne Yamanote JR ), avec de très nombreuses commodités ( konbinis, restaurants ) à proximité. Je dois reconnaître que la chambre "petite chambre double" était effectivement petite, surface exigüe et fenêtre très modeste, opaque, à ne pas recommander aux personnes claustrophobes - mais les autres chambres, entraperçues le matin lors du ménage, semblaient bien. Personnel très accueillant et disponible, aucun souci.

− L’hotel en soi est correct, il est placé entre plusieurs sortie de metro. Mais il faut quand meme marcher avant d’y accéder. Un peu reculer de toute animation
