Worst 'hotel' I've ever stayed in!

− Where to start?! Awful room,, at the front of the property so very noisy with the street outside, no Aircon just a fan which only worked on high which meant it was very loud and could not sleep so had to turn it off and room was very hot , window open but then really noisy with traffic etc outside but had no choice. Carpet had horrible brown stains on it, shower did not work well and when we went to reception they said they would send a plumber. Supposed plumber turned up with no tools and just made an excuse about a screw loose! As the room was high up in the property we put it down to others having showers, flushing toilets etc and the higher up the property the lower pressure you get. Smoke detector hanging off the ceiling which is a healthy and safety failure. General condition of the room dusty, worn and the mattress and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Chips in all the furniture, TV did not work as it appears the batteries weren't working. Material on the headboards all peeling off. This hotel is not somewhere I would ever stay again and would not recommend anyone to book. Not worth £110 per night for room only and I would like some compensation back.

Η γενική ατμόσφαιρα του χώρου ήταν εξαιρετική. Η κατάσταση του δωματίου ήταν ιδανική και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν ευχάριστη όλη την ώρα. Πραγματικά χαλαρωτικό.

Pese a no ser céntrico, estaba bien comunicado. Nos pusieron dos camas supletorias. Tiene nevera.

− Limpieza muy deficiente. Estaba muy sucio. No limpian la habitación.
