6.0Unfortunately, communication wasn’t clear at times. If traveling with a lot a luggage take a water bus … there are a lot of small bridges and stairs. I checked in at the hotel, left my bags there to get my mom and my glasses were stolen. When I asked if they had found anything, of course they said no. Other than that things were fine.

4.0We had an issue with the AC leaking a fair amount of water. We couldn’t use one of the units which made it very hot in the apartment- particularly one of the bedrooms. I notified them within 40 minutes of our arrival. They indicated because it was Friday afternoon, it might be hard to find someone to fix it. We heard nothing back. We checked out Tuesday morning. The floor was not very clean. There were pieces of mop in many places. Some of the dishes had to be cleaned before they could be used. It is on the main path and was very convenient to the city, train station, and restaurants.

10.0Our stay at Casa Delle Ortensie was great. Fantastic location on the main street of Venice. Apartment was actually really quiet eventhough the main street was full of people. I highly recommend this to everyone. I reccommend max 4 persons. We stayed there for 3 nights.

Quite central location in Venice
10.0Great location in a not so touristy area compared to others. Nice property and very quiet given location. Bed was so comfortable and aircon was good. Did have to keep pressing the max button to get it cold but no issues. Great location
