10.0We really enjoyed our stay at Le Tsuba! I wish I had gotten his name, but the front desk agent who checked us in on the afternoon of 9/21 went above and beyond to make our stay special. He noticed on my passport that my birthday was the following day, and the next day our room was decorated with rose petals, balloons, and a special birthday card and chocolate! It was so sweet, and such a nice touch. Really appreciated. Le Tsuba was well located, a very quick jaunt to the Arc De Triomphe. Would stay again!

10.0During my stay, I encountered two issues that impacted the quality of the experience. First, the television remote had intermittent functionality, particularly with the power button, making it difficult to operate the TV reliably. Second, the television did not offer access to CNN, which I consider a basic amenity—especially given the rate we were paying. These shortcomings were disappointing and fell below the expected standard for accommodations at this price point.
