6.0No reception. Have to go far to check in. No cleaning or change of linen or towels during stay (4 nights). Great location though

6.0The check in is quite a process. You have to go to their office which is really far from your apt., and you have to wait for shuttle bus and take you to the apt. By the time you can get in to your place will be at least 1.5 -2 hours later.

6.0They did not inform us correctly and we were in the wrong place without a key. The reception desk was at a different location. That was very bad, because I did not get any information about it before.

8.0Good location and 10 mins walk to Plaça de Catalunya. The bathroom shower light was not working. Also there is no room service.

2.0My problem was not with the hotel, but with hotels.com. Even though kids were supposed to be free, my room with one kid was 60 euros cheaper than the other two rooms that had 2 kids. Sure seemed like a switch for me. Trying to contact you from the office ended after 30 minutes on hold and transfers, with being hung up on. So there was an extra 240 euros I didn't expect to spend.
