2.0My trip wasn’t amazing. Poor customer relations. The hot water system was terrible. It couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature. It was either too hot or cold and it kept on shifting from too hot to cold and back to too hot. My check in experience was terrible as well. I had requested for change of date which was communicated by hotel.com but the hotel insisted on charging me for a night I didn’t stay.
