Bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna lokalizacja, dzięki czemu nie było strachu jeśli chodzi o wieczorne/nocne powroty do domu. Bardzo blisko Watykanu, w okolicy wiele sklepów i lokalnych restauracji. Bardzo blisko stacja metra oraz dobrze skomunikowane autobusy miejskie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, dostałam odpowiedź na wszystkie pytania i wątpliwości. Czystość pokoju zachowana. Stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry - biorąc pod uwagę ceny w Rzymie.

− Zdjęcia z Booking, nieco odbiegały od stanu rzeczywistego pokoju, niestety na niekorzyść, jednak nam to nie przeszkadzało, gdyż większość czasu i tak byliśmy poza mieszkaniem, dla nas ważniejsza była lokalizacja noclegu, jednak myślę, że warto o tym napisać, żeby inni nie byli zawiedzeni.

Buena ubicacion. No es el centro storico pero esta cerca del metro y paradas de bus. Se puede llegar a pie al Vaticano. El barrio es tranquilo.

− El trato con el host, podria haber respondido mas rapido y haber aclarado algunas cosas de antemano (como que la tasa turistica habia que pagarla en efectivo o revolut, para los no europeos entonces solo era viable en efectivo). Algunas cosas de la habitación son mejorables, como la comodidad de las camas, cierta humedad en el baño y en los techos.

Disappointing stay - misleading listing and lack of basic hospitality

− We stayed here for four nights (22-26 April) during my wife's birthday trip to Rome and booked based on the photos and description on Booking.com. Unfortunately, reality was very different. The biggest issue: in four nights the room was not cleaned once. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, no toilet paper refill, nothing. For a three-star guest house this is simply not acceptable. The room looked reasonable at first glance, but maintenance and cleanliness were disappointing: mould in the bathroom, dust, dirty coffee cups, damaged sockets, unsafe-looking extension cords and very amateurish repairs. Several advertised amenities were missing or unavailable: no air conditioning, no hairdryer, no TV remote, and the airport shuttle mentioned online did not appear to exist in practice. Communication was poor. Questions through Booking.com were not properly answered, including about our late arrival, and check-in had to be arranged via WhatsApp and codes. Functional, but not welcoming or professional. We only met the owner briefly halfway through our stay. Most disappointing was that the photos on Booking do not reflect the current condition of the property. Rome was wonderful, but this accommodation was a letdown. With better maintenance, honest representation and basic hospitality, this place could be much better. Given the significant gap between advertisement and reality, we believe the listing should be updated to accurately reflect the current condition of the property.

The location

− The building and the facilities were poorly maintained, it had been renovated years ago- the pictures depicted a descent room with a nice atmosphere - our bedroom was spacious but the window viewed a scaffolding which covered the entire building so we couldn’t open the shutters . The rest of the facilities were also nearly acceptable for the price . It reminded me of youth hostels I used to stay when I was traveling with a backpack.
