Hotel Ancla
8.0The hotel was basic, we had a room with 2 twin beds and a cot between them. There was a set of drawers which could not really be used as there was a table and chair blocking access to them. We only interacted with the person at reception when we arrived and when we left plus the cleaner who was lovely. There were no details as to hotel facilities that we could access, it would have been nice to sit somewhere in the hotel. The outside door to the hotel required an access key which we had but it was actually never locked! We have relatives who live nearby who we visited every day and explored the area with. It would have been nice if the hotel had provided a list of things of interest! My daughter thought it was a workman's hotel! There was nowhere to get food. It did what we needed it for ie sleep but the room was messy with our stuff as there was nowhere to put our clothes. We managed to park outside the hotel every night which was fantastic bonus for us
− The lack of space and lack of opportunities for interaction with other guests or staff. For the first few days the air conditioning did not work. It started working 3 or 4 days into our stay. There was a heatwave so this was less than ideal.

8.0Buen servicio, limpio y cómodo. La primera noche se estropeó el aire acondicionado y rápidamente no reubicaron en otra habitación. Ideal si tienes pensado ir de visita al aquopolis
