Der Empfang war sehr freundlich mit umfangreicher Einweisung. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral, unweit vom Bahnhof und Vaporetto. Wir haben dort schöne Urlaubstage verbracht.

− Das Problem mit der Müllentsorgung könnte anders gelöst werden..

Die Lage war sehr gut. Zum Frühstücken konnte man auf der Terrasse in der Sonne sitzen.7i Nette Einweisung der Räumlichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es gab einen Ansprechpartner bei Problemen.

− - im Badezimmer hing die Farbschicht massiv von der Decke - bei Ankunft war das Waschbecken verstopft ( wurde am nächsten Tag behoben) - der Terrassentisch war sehr alt und defekt - die Kaffeemaschine war total verkalkt und nicht benutzbar - Die Warmwassertherme war undicht und tropfte auf die Küchensteckdose, dadurch fiel die Sicherung raus. Das Problem wurde übermittelt, aber nicht behoben. Wir haben dann einen Topf darunter gestellt. - Türschloss vom Hauseingang hakte und ließ sich nur schwer öffnen Kein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !

The overall stay was very disappointing and far below Airbnb’s usual standards.

− On the first day, the host mentioned that a technician would come the next day to check the boiler, but at that time I was not yet aware that there was no hot water in the apartment. I only discovered the issue later that evening. On the second day, the host arranged for a technician to enter the apartment with my consent, and the issue was fixed that same day. However, on the fifth day, the host again requested to send someone into the apartment for additional maintenance while I was still staying there. This was completely inappropriate and showed a lack of respect for guest privacy. I refused entry, as such actions seriously violate a guest’s right to comfort, safety, and privacy. Maintenance should always be completed before or after a booking, not during a guest’s stay. In addition, although a cleaning fee was already paid, I was still told to take out the trash myself, which is unprofessional and unreasonable. While the apartment itself was acceptable, the way the property was managed made the stay stressful and unpleasant. The host’s handling of these issues fell well below basic hospitality standards. I strongly urge Airbnb to review this listing to ensure future guests’ privacy and comfort are properly respected.

A good property, very quiet and safe - location is not great as there isn't much around.

The gentleman who handed over the keys and welcome us into the property was very polite & efficient. The kitchen was well equipped, however i had some safety concerns over the only plug socket which was loose in the wall. The little balcony is perfect, but the neighbours are nosey.

− The property address on booking.com was completely incorrect. 10 minutes away from the apartment. If i had known this at the time of booking, i probably would have booked somewhere else, as i was under the impression that we would be central and next to a nice square of bars and restaurants, but this was not the case. The bed comprised of 2 single beds pushed together with a second mattress on top to prevent the beds from separating - the bed posts of the single beds were therefore in the middle of the foot of the bed, my partner kept kicking the posts in his sleep and broke his toe - Not a lot of storage as the wardrobe and TV stand are full with supplies.
