10.0the stay was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend. the staff goes above & beyond for guest. traveling was super easy, having the train station literally right at the corner, which was a plus being our first time in Paris. so many places to walk & eat. my girlfriends phone fell underneath the bed & gas to be manually taken apart to get to it; the staff was on top of this issue & retrieved it for us.

2.0We have been trying to contact the property since the first day, but they have neither responded to our messages nor taken them seriously. My problem is that the airline canceled our flight at the last minute, so we couldn’t travel to the country. For this reason, I’m requesting the cancellation of my reservation. However, I haven’t received any response from either the property or Expedia Today is a 6th day’s

8.0Rooms are too small. We were there for 8 days. Sink was clogged we complained but they didnt fix it. Eventually we told them to chage our room that also took 24 hours.
