8.0The hotel is clean and the shared bathroom is also new on our building's second floor. The breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety but good enough, including fresh pastries and eggs, offered in a cozy room. It was overall a lovely hotel, and with the very affordable price, a very competitive offer in Venice. However, the doors are absolutely poor in sound proof and many people just don't know how to gently close their room/bathroom doors. Therefore, the shared bathroom setting makes constant noises at bed time and in the morning unavoidable which should be taken account of while booking.

10.0Welcoming staff was very helpful and informative. Had difficulty time locating the property. Would be great if there was a detailed description on how to get from the train station to the location. Might recommend taking the T-2 train to Belfiore stop. Goggle maps continued to give us bad information, we spent an hour walking in circles!
