Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Innside Rome, with modern rooms and a great area.
8.0I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially liked the excellent location, which made it easy to access St. Peter's Basilica, as I had events scheduled nearby. The room was spacious for one person, clean, and well-designed.
− My main concern was the check-in experience. I had informed the hotel in advance about my expected check-in time, but I did not receive any response to my messages. Upon arrival, I had to wait outside and call someone before being allowed in, and I also had to prove that I had a valid booking. Since I was already running late for an event, waiting around 10 minutes on a call to gain access was particularly inconvenient and stressful. Improving communication and the check-in process would greatly enhance the guest experience.
