Staff was good. Hotel itself was okay, not as good as how the photos show. The neighborhood is less ideal for tourists.
6.0The staff is was very helpful and friendly. She gave us good information about sightseeing. Room is okay. The only thing not great is the location. It may be quite convenient, but walking through the neighborhood doesn’t feel safe. This is subjective though, and may not be an issue for some. The noises was loud all night. Unfortunately these are not things the hotel can change. For us, we decided to change the accommodation, and would not recommend for friends/family mainly due to the neighborhood atmosphere. We moved to a different area for the remaining nights, and had completely changed how we feel about the city.
− We didn’t feel safe and comfortable staying in the neighborhood. Walking out in the evening to find food was uncomfortable and we had to be very vigilant. The other minor thing we didn’t like if how tiny the lift is.

The hotel was good for what we needed but I wouldn’t like to stay longer than a couple of nights.
6.0The rooms were clean & comfortable. Fresh towels were provided. The location was fantastic for accessing different areas of the city.
− Although the location was very accessible to the city, it was also slap bang in the middle of a party square so was very very loud at night and could also feel a little unsafe. Our greeting on arrival could have been better as it wasn’t the friendliest.
