− Queensizebetten für zwei Personen (Erwachsene plus ein Kind) zu klein. Bar auf dem Roof Top hat uns als Hotelgäste abgewiesen, was wir doch sehr befremdlich fanden

1.0− The hotel is falsely advertised. The pool and bar were hired out for a private event so could not be used during our stay. Disappointing.

− Wasn’t advised the spa had permenantly closed until we tried to book a treatment. Rooftop area was closed for half of our stay due to private events - didn’t affect us much however this could be very infuriating to pick a hotel for its pool and facilities and only be told this on arrival. We booked for our honeymoon and received a cake and card on arrival in our room but feel they’re could have been more done from a five star hotel. Also rooms way too small.
