− Sarebbe un po da risistemare. Letto consumato, pavimento rotto ecc Forse visto lo stato dell'immobile chiedere 15€ (comunque comunicati da subito) per il check in anticipato è esagerato

− Tutto aria condizionata che non va, l’host non risponde, la ventola è la luce di un bagno si accende a caso, camere piccolissime sporche cadono a pezzi pica sicurezza porte facili da sfondare buchi nel muro, il letto perde pezzi, corridoio spaventoso,

− Il soggiorno inizia malissimo gia' al chech-in, nonostante alla prenotazione della camera avessi riportato il mio orario stimato di arrivo in struttura e avessi mandato ulteriore comunicazione(a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta)dicendo che sarei arrivato in un orario definito intorno alle 21 di sera. Arrivo in struttura alle 2120 e scopro che mi addebitano 30 Euro per il ritardato check-in. Faccio presente che questa struttura utilizza fare il check-in non in presenza( dicono che inviano le informazioni tramite whatsapp per poter accedere alla struttura in completa autonomia e nel rispetto delle "norme anticovid", invio documenti e comunicazione dei codici di ingresso tramite whatsapp e riscutendo tassa di soggiorno tramite bonifico. Quindi mi chiedo il motivo per cui l'addebito delle 30 EURO visto che a prescindere se fossi anche arrivato entro le 20 non si sarebbe presentato nessuno in presenza a consegnarmi direttamente in mano le chiavi. Inoltre arrivo finalmente in stanza e mi trovo una Stanza cupa(poco illuminata), letto vecchio e scomodo , lenzuola pulite ma con molte macchie. Insomma se dovessi consigliare a qlkn la struttura.....anche no!!!!
La struttura era fatiscente e sporca, da notare la fauna in crescita nella doccia

− The first room given to us was off the laundry and it smelt like the laundry had just been dried. The room smelt and was a hot box.
