6.0It was good, but there was a lot of street noise in the front desk. Maybe could use a little more training but other than that the place was really nice and location was good not quite as close to Time Square as we thought but we were still happy.

Staff at the hotel were great and the location is ideal for tourism.
8.0The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and made check-in easy. The location of the hotel was ideal for tourism and sight seeing. There are lots of eating and drinking places nearby if you don't want to eat in the hotel. Also luggage storage for was a plus for people checking out before flight times for leaving etc.
− Our room was small for 2 people and not really enough clothes space for 2 people staying more than a few days. No chair, table/desk. Ideal room for 1 person.
