4.0the staff is friendly they talk English and Arabic but they don't clean the room even if we ask, we reserve a deluxe room it was moisture and too small, the breakfast was not bad but there's no diversity always was same, the hotel was not so far from Beyazit station but you need to climb not to walk for 7 mins or you need to take Yeni Kapi station with 15 mns walk

2.0Das Bett war viel zu klein, das Zimmer zu klein, die Bettdecke nur fpr eine Person statt für zwei. Und das Personal ist einem nicht entgegen gekommen, wenn man um eine zweite Bettdecke gebeten hat. Es hieß dann, ihr wolltet ein Doppelbett also gibt es auch nur eine Decke. Obwohl die Decke nur für eine Person bestimmt war.
