3.0The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Location was great.
− There is no lobby nor registration desk. They usually have only 1 employee to help people check in or out on a laptop at a stand-only table. Room was extremely small, even after paying for an “upgrade”. Only 1 towel allotted per person and difficult to get more. Poor value for the money.

− I understand that the cleaner entered my children’s room without knocking on check out day. They were not happy.
Decent. They tried really hard to right the wrongs which I appreciate. The check in process is a bit annoying
5.0The rooms are big and the location was nice. The restaurant was probably the best part.
− Our air condition wasn’t working and was fixed the next day. They also ran out of towels often. Our check in was also pushed back two hours
